Total budget: 370,454.56 BGN, of which 314,886.37 BGN is European funding and 55,568.19 BGN is national funding.
I. Main objective of the project: To enhance access to education, social inclusion, and employment opportunities for adults over 16 years of age from vulnerable groups in the municipality of Kardzhali, through a comprehensive mechanism for literacy, further training, and career support.
II. The objectives will be achieved through sequential and interconnected activities:
- Activity 1: Identification and motivation of representatives of the target groups through communication with institutions, fieldwork, and information events.
- Activity 2: Implementation of literacy courses and acquisition of competences from the lower secondary stage (grades 5, 6, and 7), in partnership with R. Slaveykov School – Kardzhali.
- Activity 3: Support for career orientation and employment through information, diagnostics, and monitoring of the link between education and the labor market.
