Priorities

PULSE Foundation's priority is developing and establishing an effective care program in the region of Southwestern Bulgaria for adults, adolescents and children, and their families who have experienced violence.

The foundation works in two main directions in terms of violence - prevention and rehabilitation.

The first addresses existing societal and institutional attitudes towards domestic violence, sexual violence, trafficking, child abuse, and takes an educational approach, lobbying, advocacy, and planning of community initiatives and activities.

The second main line/direction deals with the identified cases of violence and adopts an individual or family approach to work.
