In the period February 14-16, 2025, in the hotel complex "Dolna Banya", a specialized sensitive training was held for volunteers from the Youth Club "To Be Friends". The initiative "Together we can do more!" is part of the "Rights and Values" project, funded by the European Union and the "Workshop for Civic Initiatives" Foundation.

The training brought together 12 young people who, within three days, had the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills for recognizing the different forms of violence - home, school and cyber violence. The participants were introduced to techniques for recognizing the signs of violence, how to support victims and how to take care of their mental and emotional health.

The training included small group work, role-playing games and discussions, which allowed the young people to feel in practice how to apply what they learned. They also learned about the principles of the psychodynamic approach, which helped them better understand the emotions and experiences of the victims.

The participants shared that they were extremely satisfied with the opportunity to exchange experience and knowledge with peers and experts. Many of them expressed a desire for continuing education and upgrading the topics related to the recognition and prevention of violence.
PULSE Foundation continues to work actively to raise awareness and build skills among young people to cope with the challenges of the modern world.

The initiative "Together we can do more!" is implemented within the project "Rights and Values" and is funded by the European Union and the "Workshop for Civic Initiatives" Foundation.
