For the "political," the subculture of dialogue is a community of equals who recognize themselves as such, says Levinas (1991: 79).

In the summer of 2021 PULSE Foundation and Orion Grid Association opened a space where employees of municipalities, ministries, NGOs, government agencies, active citizens, victims, and their relatives to share their thoughts and experiences on policies and practices in our country, with regard to domestic violence and gender-based violence.

The study is part of the project "Program for Prevention, Rehabilitation and Integration of Victims and Perpetrators of Domestic Violence and Sensitization of the Family and Society on the Problem" which is implemented with a grant agreement with reg. № 93-00 -274 / 17.08.2021, concluded with the Ministry of Justice.
